By accessing or using TinyMatch (tinymatch.ca), including submitting any form, creating an account, or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TinyMatch.
TinyMatch is an Ontario-based childcare matching platform. We are not a childcare provider, licensed agency, or daycare operator. We do not guarantee that you will find childcare through TinyMatch.
You must be at least 18 years old, located in or seeking childcare in Ontario, and provide accurate information when using TinyMatch.
Listing a daycare is currently free. TinyMatch reserves the right to introduce paid tiers in future with reasonable advance notice to existing partners.
Premium is billed at $9.99 CAD/month, renewing automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds except as required by Ontario consumer protection law.
You agree not to submit false information, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, scrape TinyMatch data, use the platform to harass providers, or post spot listings that are not genuine.
TinyMatch does not verify all information submitted by users. You are responsible for independently verifying the status of any daycare before making childcare decisions. Waitlist position estimates are approximate.
TinyMatch is provided 'as is'. TinyMatch's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or $50 CAD. TinyMatch is not liable for any failure to find childcare or any consequence thereof. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
These Terms are governed by Ontario law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ontario.
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
